After the Thumb is working, it is time to concentrate on only
the first finger.
If you're into pick blocking, then you must learn to pick the first finger and
not move the other fingers.
The above move is the First finger picking across the strings.
When I do this my right hand changes grips for each one.
I keep the thumb and second finger on the strings adjacent to the one I'm picking
with my first finger!!
That move is imperative if you want to pickblock!!! We can easily
pick the string and move the other fingers,
but being able to do both is the key to freedom of expression. It is and always
will be, "All in the Hands".
